REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY

The Bear Traps Report, LLC (the "Company") provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Our cancelation policy instructs us to request direct communication from the customer as a measure to protect his/her privacy. Either party can terminate this Agreement at any time on thirty (30) days’ notice

You may contact us by phone at (347) 515-1685 to inform us of your intent to cancel your subscription. You may also communicate your request by emailing support@thebeartrapsreport.com Following receipt of our email request, we will send an email confirming cancelation, and if applicable a refunded amount will be sent to your credit card for any unused part of your subscription (pro-rated to the cancelation date).

Please be aware that unsubscribing from our mailing list does not automatically cancel your account and in no way it will be considered as a desire to cancel until an express request has been received

Although not a requirement, we appreciate your input. Kindly let us know your discomfort with our service and the reason for canceling. We will hear your opinion and use it as a means to improve our service.
